Position
Director of UX – Acquisition & Support Team

Job Responsibilities- Lead a team of approximately 15 designers and design managers on core e‑commerce experiences: cart, checkout, fulfillment, order publishing, returns, and operational communications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (UX, Product, Tech, Commercial) to set design direction and strategy.
- Ensure teams have the resources, processes, and culture needed to deliver high‑quality, timely work.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders (Managers, Senior Managers, VPs) across the organization.
- Coach, mentor, and guide individual contributors and future leaders; foster growth, trust, and engagement.
- Develop and communicate design stories and data‑driven arguments to partners.
- Navigate the realities of remote, global, matrixed organizations.
- At least 12 years of experience in UX/digital product design with a deep understanding of the design craft.
- Strong foundation in digital retail experiences.
- Minimum 4 years of people‑management experience, including hiring, leading, and developing teams globally.
- Experience leading teams of 15 or more and working in large, matrixed, multinational organizations.
- Ability to balance short‑term and long‑term priorities while maintaining quality and performance.
- Excellent research‑based communication skills: storytelling, data analysis, and presentation.
- Thrives in managing many stakeholders across all levels of the design practice.
- Salary: $141,600 - $254,900 USD per year (based on factors such as training, experience, certifications, and market).
