Head Origination

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Origination organization, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, engagement, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end Origination value chain, ensuring efficient, scalable, and customer‑centric operations.
• Shape and drive the future Origination operating model through digitalization, intelligent automation, AI‑enabled processes, and strategic transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase scalability, improve workforce productivity, and support sustainable growth.
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design and deliver seamless customer journeys and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive business performance through clear KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics, productivity indicators, and data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational resilience across all Origination activities.

• Proven ability to translate strategic ambitions into scalable operational capabilities and sustainable business outcomes.
• Academic degree or comparable professional qualification combined with extensive leadership experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated environment with a strong track record of leading larger operational organisations.
• Strong track record of digital transformation, process modernisation, and large‑scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in customer journey management, data‑driven performance steering, automation, AI, and operational excellence.
• Inspirational and resilient leader with a growth mindset, skilled at building high‑performing teams, navigating complexity, and leading through change.
• Fluent in English;
  German skills are a strong advantage.
