Senior Manager Medical Staff Services – Full Time, Day, Remote
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position provides direction of Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern Washington region. The role oversees day‑to‑day departmental operations, supervises personnel, prepares the departmental budget, and ensures administrative support for medical staff to fulfill duties as defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction for Medical Staff Services in the South Eastern WA region
- Oversee daily departmental operations and budget management
- Supervise and mentor staff members
- Ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations
- Coordinate administrative assistance for medical staff to enable role fulfilment
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Certification as a Professional Medical Services Manager (National Association of Medical Staff Services) upon hire
- 3 years of supervisory experience (5 years preferred)
- 5 years of Medical Staff experience
- Current experience within a Medical Staff Office Services environment
