- Review federal and state requirements and assess sponsor materials for program compliance.
- Compile and organize program information for reporting and decision making.
- Conduct training sessions and assist in developing updated program materials.
- Provide guidance to program participants and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct on‑site or desk reviews to verify corrective actions and validate compliance.
- Evaluate sponsor applications, budgets, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch break.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home part‑time. Staff is required to report to the worksite one day a week (Thursday). Telework requires a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and an approved Pennsylvania location. If unable to telework, you may report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - Salary:
New employees will begin at the starting annual salary of $59,345.00 (before taxes).
- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in education or educational administration; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Other Requirements:
- You must meet the Pennsylvania residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI fingerprint clearance.
