Position: Senior Delivery Manager Hybrid Role

This position is key to delivering large-scale technical initiatives, including infrastructure projects and store technology programs. You will be responsible for project governance, risk management, and coordinating a diverse team of Project Coordinators. Effectively managing vendor relationships and ensuring high delivery standards will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology delivery and coordination across multiple sites

• Guide a team of Store Technology Project Coordinators

• Develop comprehensive delivery plans aligned with schedules

• Manage vendor performance and address delivery issues

• Oversee risk and dependency management across initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in technical delivery and program management

• Proven record of successful multi-site rollouts

• Strong understanding of POS and infrastructure technologies

• Capability to lead remote teams efficiently

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
