Description:
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and smart sheets. 7+ years of experience.
Your Team Overview/Department:
Director of PMO. Her department is service transformation and roll up to cust ops team. All programs are geared towards customer POV. They are working on contextual interactions right now and bilingual capabilities. Agreements has been added as a new program. Ensuring agreements are in sync across the company. Story behind the need/key projects:
This will be assigned to one or two tracks within each program. Versus the Program Mgr she has open with be running.

They want to do follow ups and needs to make sure things are staying on track.

Possible FTE option but they are working on a new project from scratch and will gain that experience.
Top 3 Must-have hard skills:
Non-Tech PM- some tech jargon understanding is good but need more of a business PM Agreements/onboarding experience. Soft skills will be the key.

Work Hours:
Onsite in Stamford. Open to other CLT or Denver as a possibility but not preferable.
FTE Salary expectations if Temp to Hire:
Temp- but potential could convert but not right now.
