CAI is seeking a Director of Strategy and Transformation to lead the Transformation Management Office, drive enterprise transformation, and oversee a portfolio of high‑value initiatives. This full‑time, remote role partners with executive leadership to deliver strategic business outcomes.
The position requires 7+ years in strategy/transformation, strong program management, and executive communication skills. A Master’s degree is preferred; experience with enterprise PMO is a plus.
