Position: Director Opportunities-School Leadership (Campus & Online)

GIA is seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join our education team in one of two Director roles:
Director, School (Campus) or Director, Online School. While each role has distinct responsibilities, both are critical in advancing GIA's mission to deliver world‑class gemological education and exceptional student experiences.

These leadership positions are responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering academic quality, developing high‑performing teams, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The ideal candidates are collaborative, data‑driven leaders who are passionate about education, innovation, and student success.

Director, School (Campus)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead campus operations to achieve academic, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Foster a culture of academic excellence and student success.
  • Drive enrollment growth, retention, and student outcomes.
  • Develop and mentor faculty and staff while building organizational capability.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute GIA's education strategy.
  • Strengthen community and industry relationships to enhance GIA's reputation.
Director, Online School

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for GIA's online education programs.
  • Drive performance across enrollment, retention, graduation, student satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams supporting online learning and academic technology.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Enhance the online student experience through data‑informed decision‑making and scalable solutions.
