Voce is seeking a full‑time Technical Assistant Division Manager (TADM). The TADM is responsible for supervision, management, and leadership of the assigned SWAN Technical Assistance (TA) Region. This includes supervision, integration, coaching, and supporting the assigned TA staff comprised of the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange (PAE) Coordinators, Program Technical Assistant (PTA), and Regional Technical Assistants (RTA) to deliver consistent technical assistance. The TADM additionally works collaboratively with Voce staff, SWAN prime contract staff, and Network stakeholders to deliver consistent technical assistance.
Schedule:
Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute paid lunch.
- Develop and implement contract monitoring for affiliate services.
- Respond to requests for portal reports related to managing referrals.
- Review affiliate family profile referrals and requests for payment.
- Serve as liaison to regional, state, and national organizations.
- Identify capacity needs and potential affiliate development in regions under the role's supervision.
- Identify and implement trainings and consultations that support the needs of SWAN network members relative to SWAN Technical Assistance.
- Recognize and nurture collaborative relationships with peripheral organizations identified within the region to support regional collaboration.
- Collaborate with TA staff develop resources within the assigned region to meet identified permanency needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree with five years' experience in child welfare services or related field or Master's level degree with three years experience in child welfare or related field.
- Three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of SWAN Program and Units of Service.
- Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and must be willing to promote a team‑orientated environment.
- Ability to travel to and from the Voce home office and throughout the state as needed.
