Senior Project Manager

Job Overview

Senior Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Management. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Pay range: $92,400 - $159,450.

• Establish project plans with deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement projects that align technology solutions and improve workflow.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor and track progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance metrics.
• Identify and evaluate risks; develop contingency plans and take corrective actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and business owners to minimize uncertainty.
• Examples: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 4+ years RCM and healthcare project management experience.
• 4+ years leading RCM client integrations.
• 8+ years program and project management experience.
• 4+ years revenue cycle experience and 4+ years healthcare experience.
• Inquisitive and open to innovation and AI-driven process improvements.
• Remote work acceptable; willingness to travel to client or corporate locations as needed.
