Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee direction of existing API accounts

• Conduct site inspections for hotel suitability

• Negotiate hotel contracts and renewals

• Manage client communications and CRM updates

• Address crew member feedback timely

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the travel industry

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
