Upside is seeking a Care Guide, Training & Quality Manager to scale training, coaching, and QA across member-facing operations. You’ll build onboarding for new hires, create scalable materials, and develop quality scorecards while conducting audits and coaching for consistent, compassionate member support.
This hands-on, operational role reports to the SVP, Operations and is fully remote with coverage aligned to Eastern and Pacific time zones.
