Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Jobtailor seeks a Senior Field Supervisor to lead field operations for qualitative projects in Indonesia. You will coordinate with QC, PM and CS teams, set up projects, develop and manage budgets, and ensure ISO-compliant quality across all deliverables.
You will mentor and train staff, oversee recruitment and scheduling, manage fieldwork on remote/virtual channels, resolve issues on site, and uphold high standards of data quality while coordinating with suppliers and travel as needed.
