The Gym Director at The Little Gym of Silver Spring is a full‑time leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the gym. You will report to The Little Gym International and collaborate with home office leaders to pilot initiatives and host training events for brand‑new franchisees.
You will lead GREAT classes, manage daily operations, hire and train staff, ensure exceptional member service, and drive growth through effective sales and facility upkeep.
