Remote, United States (continental US)

• If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. You will be expected to work in the office at least 60% of the week and from home for the remaining portion.
• If you live more than 50 miles from those offices, this role will be remote. You will work from home within the continental US. Occasional office visits may be requested based on business needs.

Program Manager – Digital Services. Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience.

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders on program status, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Identify and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them; continuously monitor and adjust plans as needed.
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track program progress and report on these metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects within the program meet required policies and standards to maintain high quality and performance.
• Manage the impact of changes on the program and ensure smooth implementation.
• Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management, program management, operations/IT management, or related experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI tools such as Cloud Code, Kiro, and Copilot.
