Remote Lease Administration

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Lease Administration Contractor for a telecommunications client. This candidate will support a high-volume wireless leasing portfolio, managing lease documentation, amendments, and administrative processes tied to cell site agreements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in wireless real estate, with a strong understanding of lease lifecycle management. This individual will collaborate with landlords, municipalities, and internal teams while ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely execution of leasing activities in support of network operations and infrastructure projects.

• Draft, review, and process lease agreements and amendments for wireless sites
• Manage high‑volume lease administration workflows
• Coordinate with landlords, tower companies, municipalities, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update lease records in contract management systems
• Track and manage critical dates, rent schedules, and lease milestones
• Support documentation efforts related to network upgrades and site decommissioning
• Generate reports on lease status and portfolio activity
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

• 4+ years of experience in wireless real‑estate lease administration
• 1+ year of experience in wireless site acquisition
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and processing ground leases, colocation agreements, amendments, and access agreements
• Experience working directly with tower companies and wireless carriers
• Previous exposure to network upgrade or decommissioning projects
• Experience supporting municipalities, school districts, or public‑sector leasing
