ICF Olson is seeking a Senior Manager of Disaster Management to guide disaster recovery programs and projects. The role is 100% remote for Colorado with travel and deployments, requiring deep CDBG‑DR program knowledge and leadership across policy development, infrastructure, and public services.
You will work with project managers and experts to implement recovery housing initiatives, economic revitalization, and related services. Experience with FEMA IA and federal/state programs is essential.
