Leger des Heils zoekt een Teamleider Facilitair die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van facilitaire dienstverlening op Eindhoven en Maastricht. Je stuurt een deel van het team aan en werkt aan standaardisatie volgens LEAN-principes.
Je leidt het meldpunt, hospitality en recepties, met focus op samenwerking, coaching en ontwikkeling van medewerkers en contact met zorglocaties. Een relevante HBO-opleiding, coachende ervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn vereist.
