$160,000 - $210,000

Up to 25% of the time.

• Accountable for end-to-end client onboarding for Life, Absence, and Disability Solutions, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery.
• Establishes and sustains strong relationships with customers, brokers, and key partners, acting as trusted advisor.
• Partners with executive leadership to anticipate demand and priorities; collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Leads development and enforcement of implementation strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Analyzes customer preferences and market insights, including competitor activity, to inform decisions.
• Drives innovation in implementation management, leveraging technology to enhance processes.
• Promotes a high standard of customer experience, demonstrating empathy and anticipating needs.
• Fosters a collaborative, inclusive, high‑performing work environment.
• Accountable for financial performance, including delivery against budget, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team; oversee workload distribution, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations in alignment with company policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 10 years’ experience managing key/strategic relationships.
• 5 years management experience.
• Experience in customer implementation, project management in the disability industry.
• Expertise in Life, Disability, and Absence management products.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities and track record of driving business outcomes.
• Executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders.
• Strong customer relationship management acumen.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems.

Base salary range: $160,000 - $210,000, plus potential incentive pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, health care flexible spending, dependent care flexible spending, supplemental policies at no cost, 401(k) plans, annual bonuses, and opportunity to purchase company stock. 11 paid holidays per year; up to 20 days PTO; sick leave and other leaves per state regulations.
