Reporting to the National Director, you will implement a dynamic fundraising strategy aimed at establishing long-term donor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage metrics and reporting for fundraising success
• Lead the execution of planned giving strategies
• Cultivate a team-oriented remote work culture
• Counsel staff on donor relationship management
• Present fundraising progress to leadership
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in business or marketing
• Over 5 years in fund development
• Strong history of managing successful teams
• Experience in national donor relationship development
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices
