As a Lead BSA for Snyk, you will work remotely, leading the onboarding for a major migration from Veracode to Snyk. This contract role demands strong leadership skills to manage and mentor Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts across multiple streams. You will track migration progress and ensure project execution aligns with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Snyk onboarding factory for enterprise migration

• Mentor and manage a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts

• Track progress across applications and work streams

• Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines

• Prepare executive-level reports on status and metrics

Requirements:

• Expertise in Snyk, Veracode, and application security

• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformations

• Strong leadership skills in managing analyst teams

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting

• Experience in tracking migration progress.
