This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor, Program Management based in the United States.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a collaborative professional who is passionate about improving healthcare programs and driving meaningful organizational impact. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and help shape the direction of strategic programs that support better outcomes for healthcare organizations and the communities they serve. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, continuously improved, and aligned with long-term business priorities.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and supervise program management activities, ensuring projects and daily operations align with strategic objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members by setting priorities, managing workloads, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, healthcare developments, and regulatory changes to guide program strategy and future growth.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams, clinical programs, customers, and external partners to maximize program effectiveness and organizational impact.
  • Monitor program performance using data-driven insights, evaluate outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key representative for assigned programs by communicating progress, outcomes, and value to stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning, staffing recommendations, risk management, and organizational change initiatives while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program management, healthcare operations, clinical programs, population health, or a related field.
  • Previous people leadership or team supervision experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, communication, presentation, mentoring, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systems-thinking approach to program development.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 20–25% as required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
