Overview:
This role has two parts: full end-to-end ownership of a high-priority eCRM (Salesforce) project — budget, schedule, resourcing, risk, executive reporting — and a parallel mandate to partner with the Delivery Manager and Salesforce Managing Director to co-design a governance framework that will scale across the broader Salesforce program.

Must Haves
10+ years of IT project/program management experience, with a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, eCRM)Demonstrated experience building or establishing project/program governance frameworks from the ground up in complex enterprise environmentsExperience delivering eCRM, customer journey, or digital transformation initiatives within Banking or Financial ServicesExperience holding external vendors and cross-functional partners accountable under a unified delivery frameworkStrong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior leaders and align business and technical teamsNice to Have
Experience with environment management and Salesforce release train coordinationExperience designing intake processes and steering committee mechanismsFamiliarity with banking compliance standards and customer data structuresResponsibilities
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of the eCRM projectManage project budget, schedule, resource allocation, and dependencies; act as primary escalation point for delivery riskLead executive-level reporting — status decks and presentations for Project Leadership Team and Steering CommitteesPartner with Delivery Manager and Salesforce Managing Director to audit current processes and co-design governance frameworkAlign business, IT, and vendor stakeholders around standard delivery practices and risk management
