Remote PMO Portfolio Lead

Position: Remote PMO Portfolio Lead at Toptal
Lead project assurance as the PMO Portfolio Lead with Toptal, fully remote. Ensure timely delivery and budget adherence in a rapidly growing, innovative organization.

In this senior role, you’ll oversee project execution quality and serve as the escalation point for risks across the portfolio. Focusing on stakeholder management and project financials, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers and account teams to ensure alignment and success. This position is perfect for a dynamic leader with at least five years of experience guiding multi-project portfolios and enhancing delivery mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure readiness for new project deliveries and onboarding

• Identify and manage risks across the project portfolio

• Evaluate and report on project health regularly

• Maintain and track RAID logs diligently

• Manage project financials, including forecasting and revenue

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Five years of experience in multi-project portfolio management

• PMP certification

• Strong project management methodology understanding

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
