Top Dog Law is seeking a Managing Attorney to own the North Carolina market from intake through final resolution. You will drive strategy, oversee team performance, and shape operations while maintaining high standards of ethics and client service.
You will manage the P&L, set goals for fee and case volume, recruit and mentor attorneys and staff, and report progress to the COO with data-driven KPI updates. This is a remote, growth-focused leadership role.
