• Oversee all sales operations at our Cherry Hill headquarters to ensure consistent growth and market penetration.
• Mentor a group of producers by providing consistent feedback, career guidance, and structural support to help them reach their potential.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to expand our commercial insurance footprint throughout the region.
• Collaborate with the underwriting department to ensure that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our client base.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactical approaches to ensure we are meeting our ambitious organizational objectives.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and industry conferences to maintain our brand as a leader in the insurance space.

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in New Jersey.
• Five or more years of leadership experience within the insurance brokerage industry.
• Demonstrated history of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
• Advanced understanding of commercial lines and risk management strategies.
• Deep connections and networking capability within the Cherry Hill and broader New Jersey business community.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
