Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking an entrepreneur-minded Area Manager to oversee merchandising operations from a home office. This field-based role covers most of Oklahoma, a small area of Texas and one store in Kansas, supervising ~21 part-time merchandisers across CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and independents.
You will hire, train, and motivate the team, ensure effective program execution, and interface with clients to deliver results.
