Role DescriptionThe Area Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site visits and work-from-home tasks. This role oversees daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations, ensuring service quality, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with client expectations. The Area Manager schedules and supervises cleaning teams, conducts site inspections, responds to tenant and client concerns, and coordinates resources, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, supporting training and development of team members, and collaborating with leadership on operational plans and reporting. The role also requires maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry.
- Strong skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance management to guide, support, and motivate frontline staff.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and basic data analysis to track service quality, productivity, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills for managing client expectations and resolving issues promptly.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, cleaning standards, and environmentally responsible practices in commercial facilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance on-site responsibilities with remote administrative work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within the Denver Metropolitan Area.
- Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
