This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cincinnati, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The right candidate will think like an owner and must possess:
Experience managing conflict well.
Ability to manage and empower their direct reports.
Responsibilities include some estimating, coordinating project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing resources efficiently, and inspecting project sites to verify progress and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management
- Inspection and Quality Assurance abilities
- Logistics Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree a plus but experience matters more - in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
