URGE is hiring a full-time Individual Giving and Alumni Relations Manager to lead a grassroots fundraising program and an alumni engagement initiative. The role reports to the Development Director and works with cross-functional teams to grow donors under $5,000 and actively engage alumni.
Candidates should have five+ years in fundraising or alumni relations, strong writing and presentation skills, and be willing to travel within the U.S.
