Ansible Health is seeking a Director of Engagement & Retention to design and optimize patient engagement across onboarding to long-term retention in our virtual care programs. This senior leader will own the full patient lifecycle and partner with clinical, product and analytics teams to reduce churn and maximize value.
You will build a lifecycle model, define retention KPIs, run experiments, and mentor a team of engagement specialists.
