Remote Integrated Project Lead Role

Drive significant business transformation as the Integrated Program / Project Lead in a fully remote role across Canada. Leverage your expertise in project management and ERP systems, particularly Net Suite, to ensure seamless program execution.

As the Integrated Program / Project Lead, you'll oversee a large-scale Finance and Operations transformation program. You'll coordinate between Finance, Operations, IT, Safety, and external vendors while managing cross-functional dependencies effectively. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive oversight of project timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth delivery and transition to the new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrated program roadmap across systems and platforms

• Manage dependencies, risks, and key project milestones

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners

• Oversee testing, cutover, and deployment activities

• Prepare updates for executives and steering committees

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations

• ERP leadership experience, ideally with Net Suite

• Strong multi-entity deployment background

• Knowledge of order-to-cash and operational processes

• Effective vendor management skills
