Head of Product (m​/f​/x

Your mission

As Head of Product (m/f/x), you lead the Product organization at Bring! Labs, including Product Management, UX Research, UX Design and Customer Support. Reporting to the CTO and as part of the leadership team, you ensure our product strategy, organization and execution support the company's goals.

This is first and foremost a leadership role. We are looking for an experienced people leader who creates clarity, drives accountability and develops high-performing teams. You will also play a key role in driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful execution across teams.

• Lead, coach and develop the Product organization (7 direct reports)
• Translate company strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap together with your Product Managers
• Define and track product success through clear goals, KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Champion customer-centric thinking while balancing user needs with commercial objectives
• Drive and coordinate strategic, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, momentum and successful delivery across multiple teams
• Establish and continuously improve product development processes and standards
• Resolve competing priorities across squads and collaborate closely with Engineering leadership
• Own the Product department's organization, hiring, budget and long-term workforce planning
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance across the Product organization

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading senior product professionals, driving organizational change and delivering complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives
• Experience building and scaling software products or digital platforms
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations, drive execution and make tough calls when expectations are not met
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals and revenue opportunities, and to collaborate effectively with Sales and other commercial stakeholders
• Experience translating business strategy into successful product execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of modern product management practices and sufficient technical literacy to work effectively with Engineering
• Business fluent in German and English
