Senior Client Services Manager

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with agency experience & a proven ability to guide complex initiatives from concept to completion. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy, execution, & team mentorship while ensuring every project reflects NJI’s standard of excellence.

• Lead execution of large-scale, multi-faceted projects across diverse accounts
• Serve as a key liaison between clients & internal divisions
• Manage schedules, budgets, & resources with foresight and accountability
• Implement processes that drive efficiency, collaboration, & quality delivery

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency or similar environment
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, & allocate resources
• Strong communication skills with clients, partners, & cross-functional teams
• Experience coaching & guiding project teams toward strategic outcomes
• Knowledge of U.S. policy & communications landscapes a plus
