Our FDA-approved Aero Pace ® Neurostimulation System is changing lives—and we’re looking for passionate clinical professionals to help expand its impact.
We’re seeking a Respiratory Account Manager (RAM) to join our Commercial team. This unique hybrid clinical and commercial role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ICU teams while driving product adoption and long-term account success. You’ll become the clinical expert for your territory, helping hospitals successfully implement Aero Pace ® and improve patient outcomes.

What You Will DoAs a Respiratory Account Manager, you will serve as the primary clinical expert for Aero Pace ® within your assigned hospital systems while partnering closely with Territory Managers to drive account growth and utilization.
Clinical Implementation & Customer Success
- Lead the successful onboarding and clinical implementation of new hospital accounts.
- Provide expert on-site clinical support during Aero Pace ® procedures, patient evaluations, and case coverage.
- Train physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses, and hospital staff on system operation, catheter mapping, sensor alignment, and best clinical practices.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize ICU workflows and integrate diaphragm pacing therapy into daily clinical practice.
- Ensure successful hospital launches by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and implementation activities.
Commercial Growth & Account Development
- Partner with Territory Managers and Regional Directors to grow product utilization and achieve regional business objectives.
- Identify and develop new physician users across critical care, pulmonology, trauma, and cardiothoracic specialties.
- Build strong clinical champions and long-term customer relationships.
- Present clinical evidence, patient outcomes, and economic value to hospital stakeholders.
- Expand utilization within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales to share field insights and best practices.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Value Analysis Committees (VAC), Coding & Reimbursement, Informatics, and Hospital Administration during account implementation.
