As an extension of the CEO's office, the Strategy Support department is responsible for helping Publix leadership turn strategic priorities into well‑executed outcomes that improve performance and enable long‑term growth. The team brings clarity to priorities, aligns leaders and teams, and drives disciplined execution—delivering speed and impact on the initiatives that matter most. As a Strategy Project Manager, you lead the execution of business‑critical, cross‑functional projects, bringing structure, momentum, and accountability to complex work.

You partner with leaders across various business areas to lead multiple cross‑functional projects, translating goals into clear scopes, disciplined plans, and coordinated execution. In Publix's corporate offices, we value in‑person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to one day a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.
