The Shift Supervisor willbe responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This roleis responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

• High School Diploma required
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

• Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
