• Clinical Mentorship:
  Provide expert supervision to your team (Licensed or Non‑Licensed), helping them grow within the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
• Direct Clinical Impact:
  Maintain a manageable personal caseload (12‑22 hours) to lead your team by example.
• Community Connection:
  Leverage your established reputation in through counties in New Jersey within the Care Management Organizations and Children’s System of Care to ensure your team has a steady flow of cases.

• Licensure:
  Active NJ LCSW or LPC (Required).
• Supervision:
  Eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey.
