Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) Project Manager to support Owner's Representative Project Management for complex energy and mission-critical infrastructure programs. This role is home office–anchored, providing project management, integration, and controls leadership across a portfolio of projects, with targeted on-site engagement during key execution phases. The position supports multi infrastructure solutions including, but not limited to data centers, industrial/manufacturing, substations, BESS, water treatment/water supply, and onsite generation programs, requiring cross-sector expertise in large-scale infrastructure delivery.

The PMC Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring alignment, integration, and execution assurance across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover—without performing EPC or construction directly.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline OR 15+ years of equivalent field experience in complex infrastructure project execution Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects Demonstrated experience in Owner's Representative, PMC, or client-side program roles

Mega-project execution in large energy infrastructure Mission-critical or data center delivery Program-level coordination across multiple contractors, EPCs, and stakeholders Home office project management and controls leadership (schedule, cost, risk) Construction oversight, commissioning, and turnover support
