Regional Director Of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations is a senior field leader responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and cultural health of all locations within an assigned region. Overseeing a team of multi-unit and store leaders, this role ensures every location operates to brand standards, delivers an exceptional and consistent guest experience, and meets its financial, operational, and people goals. The Regional Director translates company strategy into disciplined execution at the store level—building a strong leadership pipeline, driving same-store sales and margin growth, protecting the company's culture and values, and supporting new-location openings as the company scales.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Under the Regulations, Part 541, an exempt Team Player is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Standard work days and hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Given the nature of field operations, this position regularly works outside of normal business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Up to 75% travel is expected for this position. Must be willing to travel based on company need to all locations within the assigned region. Overnight trips may be necessary. EEO Statement:
