WuXi XDC is seeking a Senior Director, CMC Lead, to steer IND-enabling to late-stage bioproduct development programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients, and drive delivery on time and within budget while promoting WuXi XDC’s services.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, a PhD with 15+ years in pharma/biotech CMC, ADC/bioconjugates experience, and CRO/CMO familiarity are required. This role offers remote work from home in the US East region.
