Position Summary:
Under the direction of the SVP of Operations, the Associate Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This position provides cause-driven leadership in staff supervision, volunteer management, fiscal oversight, financial development, program administration, facility and equipment stewardship, community relations, and personal and professional development.
Essential Functions:
Division of Duties
- 65% Direct leadership of all day-to-day operations
- 20% - Property Management
- 10% - Leadership role in the Annual Impact Fund
- 5% - Staff development of direct reports
