Role Summary
Responsible for the successful execution/implementation of Technology Projects ensuring a coherent, comprehensive approach to the management of changes in order to minimize duplication of efforts and maximize the effectiveness of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes this by taking responsibility for planning the project execution and deployment of large and complex technology infrastructure projects ensuring effective:
- Constructs Business cases.
- Identifies, defines and implements a tracking mechanism for the benefits of the investment
- Develops RFIs and RFPs, as required.
- Endorses timely and appropriate transfer of responsibility of the initiative to BAU/business line for materialising projected benefits and implementing, embedding and sustaining the change
- Adheres to all technology and project standards and ensuring adherence across the project team.
- Provides Input to and oversees the solution architecture to assure alignment with business objectives.
- Plans and leads the production deployment and post deployment warranty support to ensure successful change management
