Job Summary
American Home Contractors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production
Coordinator to oversee the coordination and scheduling of retail projects. This
role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and excels at communication, scheduling, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Order materials for all retail projects.
* Schedule projects with subcontractor crews and homeowners.
* Maintain positive working relationships with subcontractor crews.
* Keep all projects up to date in Zoho (our project management system).
* Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure timely, efficient
production.
* Monitor job progress and quickly address any issues that arise.
* Support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with warranty-related
matters.
