RTX seeks a Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance Officer - Americas Region (Remote) to lead the ethics and compliance program across the Americas. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance and other functions to ensure top standards and effective governance.
You will develop trainings, manage a network of Local Ethics & Compliance Officers, and drive analytics dashboards and risk assessments while guiding policy implementation. This role is remote with travel required.
