The ideal candidate will lead MDS Coordinators and Clinical Reimbursement Specialists, driving reimbursement optimization, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across assigned facilities.
Required:
RN with a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of clinical experience including RAI exposure, RAC-CT certification within 6 months, and strong leadership and communication
