Rolig Homes is seeking an experienced and values driven Head of Housing to lead our housing and tenancy sustainment services across all operational areas. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that customers receive safe, high-quality and person-centred housing services. The successful candidate will lead managers and frontline teams and will oversee tenancy sustainment including lettings, voids, compliance, support, safeguarding, complaints, stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement.

We are looking for someone with strong housing management experience, excellent leadership skills and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people living in supported housing. You will be confident managing complexity, supporting staff, working with partners and driving consistent standards across a growing organisation. This is a hybrid role predominantly covering the midlands and north west.
