Accountabilities

The Senior Vice President, General Manager will have full ownership of the business strategy, growth objectives, financial performance, and operational success of the organization. This leader will drive innovation across healthcare analytics, technology solutions, and advisory services while building a scalable operating model and high-performing team.

  • Develop and execute the long-term business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Establish and advance the product, technology, data, analytics, and AI roadmap to meet evolving client and market needs.
  • Lead commercialization strategies focused on revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, market positioning, and strategic relationships.
  • Own business performance, including revenue generation, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Define performance metrics and management processes that support scalable growth and continuous improvement.
  • Build, mentor, and lead an executive team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client focus.
  • Strengthen organizational capabilities by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
  • Serve as a strategic contributor to broader business initiatives, helping identify opportunities to expand market impact and enterprise value.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, analytics, consulting, or technology-enabled services. This individual should combine strategic vision with operational discipline and have a demonstrated ability to scale organizations, lead complex teams, and deliver sustainable business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA or healthcare-related graduate degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, healthcare, analytics, consulting, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading a business unit, division, or organization with full P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success scaling organizations, improving operational maturity, and accelerating revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, health plans, consulting, or related markets.
  • Experience developing and commercializing SaaS, data platforms, analytics solutions, or technology-enabled advisory services.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic investments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $275,000 – $325,000 USD
