Nextech is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead a team of Client Success Managers and drive proactive outreach, client reviews, and reference accounts. You will ensure cross-functional collaboration with support and product to improve NPS and overall customer success metrics.
In this role, you will mentor staff, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and guide the team to achieve scorecard targets while maintaining high standards of compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and equal opportunity laws.
