Clinical Program Manager (Remote

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program. This critical role is responsible for overseeing program operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and maintaining strong partnerships with state stakeholders. Serving as the primary point of contact for the state client, the Program Manager will lead program initiatives, manage escalations, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful contract outcomes.

The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Ohio PASRR contract, including supervision of program staff, collaboration with internal teams, and management of reporting, documentation, and communication processes. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, identifying opportunities for operational enhancement, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring experience in PASRR Level II program administration, human services leadership, and data-driven program management, along with a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

This position is fully remote within the United States. Occasional travel may be required based on business and contract needs.
